The tournament committee has decided to pay the same for all games: Certified Center - $30, Certified AR - $15, and Non-certified AR - $10. All referees will be paid in cash throughout the tournament.
We plan on having the referee schedule complete by Wednesday, September 5th.
The Sandpoint Mini-Ref Clinic will be held Friday, April 12, 2013, from 5:30PM – 7:00PM at Farmin-Stidwell School. We will start off in the cafeteria and then head out to the field for some additional training. If you have refereed for the Sandpoint Rec League for at least three (3) seasons and you feel comfortable out on the field then you don’t have to show up. If you have not refereed for Sandpoint Rec League before or even new to refereeing, you should attend. For you experienced referees, you can come out and have some fun.
This clinic is geared to go over the differences refereeing between club and rec as well as a good chance to go over what to really do out on the field. If you just got certified, you did the classroom work, now come out and let’s go over what you should do out on the field.
If you attend, please bring your whistle and be prepared to play some soccer.
