Sandpoint Strikers FC is a competitive soccer club that offers young soccer players the opportunity to play against the top players and teams in the region. The fall season starts in mid-August and continues through late-October. The spring season starts in mid-March and runs through late-May. League games are typically on Saturdays. Tournament play varies by team and age group, but teams usually attend tournaments in Sandpoint, Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, Kalispell, and beyond!

Sandpoint Strikers FC is aligned with the Sandpoint High School boys and girls soccer programs. Adam Tajan (Boys Varsity Coach) and Conor Baranski (Girls Varsity Coach) are the club directors who oversee all the clubs’ day to day operations. Most SHS Varsity level players begin their playing careers as Strikers. Sandpoint High School’s boys and girls soccer programs have won a combined 13 Idaho 4A State Championships since 2000. SHS is considered, by far, the most successful high school soccer program in the State and Region!

Tryouts for the Strikers FC 2013/2014 season will be held as follows:

U8 - U11 Boys and Girls

• Tuesday, June 4th - 5:30PM to 7:30PM
• Centennial Park

U12 - U14 Boys and Girls

• Wednesday, June 5th - 5:30PM to 7:30PM
• Centennial Park

Brian Farber in partnership with the Sandpoint Strikers FC is once again putting on the Brian Farber Pro Soccer Camp from June 17 - 21, 2012, at the Farmin-Stidwell Fields.

Sessions are as follows:

• 9:00AM - 11:00AM -- Rec League Session ($110)
• 11:30AM - 1:30PM -- Elite Session U8 - U12 ($125)
• 2:00 PM - 4:00PM - Elite Session U13 - Up ($125)

New this year ...

• 9:30AM - 10:30AM -- Kick Start Session ($35)
• Session is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only for 2 to 4 year olds!

Registration for the Fall 2013 season of Sandpoint Rec League is currently open. The registration deadline is August 20, 2013. We do accept registrations through the second week of games but there is an additional $15 fee for each player. We are currently scheduled to start practices in September with Saturday games running from September 21st - October 26th (depending on weather and field conditions). Sandpoint Rec League is open to all players from the age of four (4) through 12th grade.

Registration for the Fall 2013 season of Kick Start Soccer is currently open. Kick Start Soccer runs from mid-September through the end of October, and is a fun soccer skills camp for ages 2 – 4.  Registration includes an awesome t-shirt.

The registration deadline is September 10, 2013. We do accept registrations after the deadline but there is an additional $10 fee for each player.
